For cancellations made before 90 days, 100% of the total amount is refundable;

For cancellations made between 89 - 60 days, 75% of the total amount is refundable;

For cancellations made between 59 - 30 days, 50% of the total amount is refunded;

For cancellations made between 29 - 10 days, 25% of the total amount is refunded.

Cancellations made within the last 10 days are not refunded.
